The Bitter Creek Western Railroad and DiscoverLiveSteam.com annually host Website Excellence Awards for web sites about model ride-on railroads (not full-scale). Nominations are open until November 30, 2009. Public voting will take place during December. If interested, start here:

All Aboard!
The rails of a railroad track are kept shiny on the top by the regular passage of trains. Thus, "To Shiny Rails" is the battle cry of my personal effort to keep railroading activities of all kinds available to as many people as possible.
